Set in the Oregon Territory in the1850's, Seven Brides for Seven Brothers tells the story of Milly, a young bride living in the wilderness. She plans to civilize and marry off her six rowdy brothers-in-law to ensure the success of her own marriage. The plan succeeds when the brothers steal the hearts of six women from a nearby town to be their brides.
Seven Brides for Seven Brothers is a glorious romp with dancing, singing and comedy; suitable for all ages. The show's large ensemble is a perfect opportunity to showcase Gresham High School's talented students. It is ideal entertainment for a family night, or day, out.
